Perforated Metal for Speaker Grill

Perforated metal is commonly used for loudspeaker grille material in front of the speaker or to cover loudspeakers.

It has a minimum open area, which give space to the necessary movement of air. 

The open area should be at least 60% to 65% with a hole diameter from 3mm to 8 mm.

Typical perforated metal patterns are straight or staggered round holes, straight or staggered square holes.

We can produce in a variety of gauges in both metal and plastic to customers’ request. 

And supply the perforated metal fully formed and painted and if required.
