The 50mm diameter wedge wire screen tube is a high-precision filtration component manufactured by WEB WIRE MESH.

50mm diameter wedge wire screen tube is manufactured by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire cylindrically around support rods under automatic specialized wedge wire screen machine. Each profile wire and support rod is contacted by resistance welding. This screen tube is with features of firm in structure,good mechanical properties, high strength, rigidity and load capacity. For the section of profile wire is V shaped,the screen slot is narrow in the above and wide in the below,and thus be easy to leakage,wear and corrosion resistance, avoiding clogging and ensure smooth filtration. 50mm diameter wedge wire screen tube’s sieve slot range from 0.05 to 1mm. It is widely used in oil-water separation,water treatment,sugar process,rotating pulping.
