Brief description of 7”perforated sand control screen

7” perforated sand control screen is made of 7” base pipe, the max 185mm outside diameter of stainless steel perforated screen and support rings. With precision controllable aperture and excellent corrosion resistance, the good ability of the overall strength and resistance to deformation, high density and low flow resistance, it can be used in vertical wells, deviated well, horizontal wells, cased hole and open hole wells, and kinds of oil, gas, water wells and sand control industry

Grade	Characteristics
SS 304	The most cost-effective option with excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance against abrasive sand particles.
SS 304L	The low-carbon variant of 304. It prevents carbide precipitation during welding .It is Crucial for sand screens involving extensive welding,ensuring weld joints do not become structural weak points or corrosion targets.
SS 316	Contains 2-3% Molybdenum, which vastly improves resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and acidic downhole environments.Maintains high tensile strength and collapse resistance under severe subsurface pressure.
SS 316L	Combines the superior pitting resistance of 316 with the weld-integrity benefits of low carbon.It guarantees maximum immunity to intergranular corrosion at heat-affected weld zones while operating in harsh, corrosive, and high-temperature environments.

Sand control screen should be packed firmly and securely. When packing, sand control are appears in pipes. They are wrapped with moisture-proof paper or other packing materials inside.The outer package should be wooden pallets or wooden cases.We can also pack according to customer requirements.
