Brief description of 40 mesh nickel wire mesh

40 mesh plain weave nickel wire mesh including 40 wires and openings of 1 inch Using 0.12-0.30mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 40 mesh opening for 0.3-0.5mm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid, gas filter support material or protective fabrics to use. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

Ultra-High Purity Nickel (≥99.98%): Exceptionally soft and ductile, making it the premier choice for weaving ultra-fine, precise mesh counts without wire breakage. Due to its extreme purity, it prevents chemical contamination, making it ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, specialized electronics, and laboratory-grade chemical filtration.

Low-Carbon Pure Nickel (≥99.9): Specifically formulated with a low carbon content (max 0.02%) to prevent graphitization and embrittlement at high temperatures (above 315°C / 600°F). It maintains excellent wire flexibility, tensile strength, and structural integrity during high-heat operation. Highly resistant to caustic alkalis.

Commercial Pure Nickel (≥99.5%): The most cost-effective grade for general industrial nickel wire mesh. It offers high mechanical strength, good weaveability, and outstanding resistance to corrosion by caustic sodas across various temperatures and concentrations. Widely used in chemical processing and hydrogen production electrolyzers.

Cr20Ni80

Nichrome Alloy (80% Nickel / 20% Chromium): It is stiffer than pure nickel, so the woven mesh keeps its shape perfectly and does not stretch easily. When heated up to 1150°C, it forms a protective skin that stops the wire joints from melting together or cracking. Ideal for heat-treatment furnace mesh, catalyst supports, and high-temperature gas filtration
