Brief description of 80X700 mesh plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh

80X700 mesh plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh. Using 0.125X0.04mm diameter wire, by plain dutch weaving, woven 80X700 mesh opening for 40μm liquid or gas filter material.This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

300 series: 304L 316 316L

Common Grade	Characteristics
304L	A low-carbon version of 304. The lower carbon content makes the wire softer for easier weaving and significantly improves its welding characteristics.
316	Offers superior resistance to pitting corrosion from chlorides, brines, and halogens compared to 304. It features high creep strength at high temperatures and excellent durability at sub-zero temperatures. Widely used for chemical processing mesh.
316L	A low-carbon version of 316. It provides better wire flexibility for weaving and eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding.
